This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from SocialPostDesigns.com, operated by SOCIALPOST MEDIA LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16919967).
1. Digital & Custom Services
All services provided by SocialPostDesigns are digital and custom-made based on the information supplied by the client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, refunds are limited as described below.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference once revisions have been offered
- Failure to provide required information or feedback
- Delays caused by lack of client response
- Work that has already been delivered or approved
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical error resulting in non-delivery of the service
- Inability to deliver the agreed service as described
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We provide unlimited revisions on applicable plans to ensure the final designs meet the agreed specifications.
Revisions must remain within the original scope of the purchased service.
5. Subscription Plans
For recurring or monthly plans:
- You may cancel future renewals at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing cycles
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period once work has started
6. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on each service page. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or additional revision requests do not qualify for refunds.
